How does billing work?
When you sign up for an ACE Free Trial membership your membership fees will be billed on the last day of your trial and will continue to be billed monthly or annually (depending on the option chosen) afterwards until you cancel your membership. 

To avoid unnecessary charges please contact an ACE Team member to inquire about cancellation within 48hrs of your trial ending so we can assist and make it a smooth transition. You can contact our team at hello@theacecollective.com

What if I need to cancel?
To avoid unnecessary charges please contact an ACE Team member to inquire about cancellation 30 days prior to your preferred cancellation date so we can assist and make it a smooth transition. Cancellation requests received after the 30 day cancellation window will take effect the following month. Annual memberships are a commitment for 365 days.

What happens when I become an ACE member?
Once you become a member, you’ll have immediate access to the exclusive ACE community.
Your first step is to check your inbox for your confirmation email which will give you details on what to do next.
You’ll receive a few emails during your first week introducing you to the platform, with video tutorials on how to maximize your experience, register for events, set up your profile, etc. You'll also get a series of quick wins in the first week of joining our community from productivity to mindset recordings you'll set clear goals, track your habits and turn down that pesky inner critic that's holding you back. 

Where do I access the collective? Is it a FB group?
No, it is not a Facebook group. We have invested in our own network that allows us to have much more intentional conversations in a completely safe and private container. You’ll be sent your own private link to join once you sign up. The network offers its own app so that you can keep connected with the ACE community on the go.

I’m an introvert, will this still be a fit for me?
You’re not alone. Our community was designed with the introvert in mind. We recognize that it can be hard to meet people and spark up a conversation that matters. With weekly discussion topics and conversation prompts at all events, our members have shared how valuable ACE has been to build confidence and connect on a real level.

What’s included in the archived content?
We are constantly building our resource library to help you grow through our downloadable tools, replays of events, workbooks and insiders only content. Each month there is a new workbook dropped inside the vault PLUS, never worry about missing an event because we got you with the replay! AS an ACE member you can have access to over 240+ hours of content from our past Conferences, Masterclasses, Mini-courses, Grounding Sessions, Movement and Wellness sessions, Expert Lunches and so much more!

Do you ever do any LIVE events?
You bet! We’re waiting for restrictions on live events to change (hoping to resume for September 2021 ) but for now, you can enjoy attending many of our events from the comfort of your home.
